With the countdown to the New Year approaching faster than any of us expected we’ve put together two quick and simple drinks for your celebration.   As the ball drops in Time Square, and your guests are all way past their limits of celebrating, we want to you to continue being classy.

The first cocktail is the “French 75”.  Rumor has it, that because of its punch it pre-dates back to World War 1, when they used the 75mm gun.  It was first introduced in 1915 at the New York Bar in Paris.  It’s a simple cocktail made up of Gin or Cognac, Simple Syrup and Lemon Juice.

The “Singing Telegram” is the other cocktail perfect for ringing in the New Year.  Nobody really knows the origin, we just know it has the perfect combination of sweet, sour and bubbly to have you have you singing your way through the night.
